Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial research about real estate professionals and local markets. You agree not to scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
Directory information
Profiles describe real estate professionals based on information they have made public. We do not verify licenses, memberships, sales history or qualifications. Always confirm a professional’s license with your state’s real estate regulator and do your own due diligence before hiring anyone.
No professional relationship
Realtor US is not a real estate brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers and does not receive referral fees. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or real estate advice.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services such as Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text and compilation are owned by Realtor US or its licensors. City and state photos are used under their Creative Commons or public-domain licenses as credited. REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is complete, current or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realtor US is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its information.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
