This Privacy Policy explains how Realtor US (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit realtor-us.com and its subdomains (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use a contact or listing-request form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message, together with the page you sent it from.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the visit. For spam prevention we store only a one-way hashed or partially masked version of the IP address with form submissions.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as financial account numbers or Social Security numbers.
How we use information
- To answer your messages and process listing updates or removals.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.

- To show advertising that keeps the Site free.

Data retention
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and for our records, after which they are deleted. Messages marked as spam are deleted automatically after a short period.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
